Popeyes Order Not Delivered - No Refund

On November 18, 2025, at 14:33, I placed an order from Popeyes through Yemeksepeti with order number #fgfv-c0z8. My order was not delivered for 1.5 hours. During this time, I tried to reach Yemeksepeti’s help center, but I could not get through for half an hour. When I tried calling the restaurant using the number shown in the app, I received a message stating that the number was no longer in use. I received neither my food nor a refund. I had experienced delays with Popeyes before, but never this long. I paid ₺315.99 online for this order. So far, I have not received any response from Yemeksepeti customer service or the Popeyes branch. I request that my issue be resolved and the amount I paid be refunded.
