On November 21, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I placed an order through the Migros Yemek app from Arby’s — two sandwiches. When the delivery arrived, the two sandwiches were noticeably different.
Although they were supposed to be identical, one sandwich was clearly much smaller than the other — both visually and in weight — and it was poorly prepared. I paid for both sandwiches, and I don’t find it acceptable that there is such a big difference between two products for which I paid the same price.
For the defective sandwich, I request a refund or appropriate compensation, and I also ask that necessary checks be done so that similar problems do not happen again.
