I Did Not Receive My Refund for Missing Mc Donald's Order

On 07/09/2025, I placed an order from McDonald’s through Yemeksepeti, but many of my items and side products were missing upon delivery. I immediately reported the missing items through the app and requested a refund. However, even after 18 days, the ₺1,050 refund has still not been made to my bank card. During this time, I contacted both Yemeksepeti and McDonald’s customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that my request would be reviewed and I would be contacted, but until today I have neither received a call nor any information. I cannot reach anyone, and my grievance continues. I request that the amount for my missing items be refunded to my bank card as soon as possible.
