I Need Konami to Restore My Hacked Account and Purchases Immediately

I am writing regarding my Konami ID linked to eFootball, which appears to have been accessed and modified without my permission. On April 20, 2026, I noticed that my account details had been changed, and I could no longer access my account as before.

I submitted an account recovery request through Konami support, but I have not yet received any response or resolution. This situation is very concerning because this is my main eFootball account, and I have invested both significant time and money into it.

On this account, I purchased eFootball coins using Indian currency, and in total I have spent 10,203 INR. I am worried that my account and all associated purchases may now be under someone else’s control.

I kindly request that my Konami ID and eFootball account be fully recovered and returned to me as the rightful owner, along with all my progress and purchased items. I ask that this issue be urgently investigated, my access restored, and proper security measures implemented to prevent any future unauthorized access.
