I Face Opel Combo Recall Issue and Cannot Reach Service Center

I own a 2020 Opel Combo Cargo XL, and although there is an official recall issued by the brand regarding the camshaft chain, I have been unable to reach Çetaş Opel İzmit service for nearly two months. Despite calling three separate times on different dates, I have not been able to connect to the service department or submit a request for an appointment.
Since this is a recall issue, the situation is very concerning for me both in terms of safety and inconvenience. Because I cannot reach the authorized service, I am unable to have the required recall work performed, and I feel uneasy continuing to use my vehicle.
I request that Çetaş Opel İzmit contact me as soon as possible and schedule a service appointment to complete the necessary recall procedures. I also expect that the inconvenience I have experienced due to this lack of communication will be addressed.
I would like to clearly state that if any negative situation arises while I am forced to continue using my vehicle without the recall repair being completed, the responsibility will lie with the brand and the authorized service.
