Moreover, this is not the first time—almost every order I place faces the same delay and causes me inconvenience.
My order was placed with the cash-on-delivery option, and I was unable to reach any customer representative or receive support. Because of these constant delays and the lack of communication, I am experiencing serious frustration.
I demand that this ongoing issue be resolved and that customers be provided with better service from now on.
