I Want Refund for Soouya Technology Charge Made via PayPal

I purchased access to the “Hong Kong Cellphone Location” software from Soouya Technology and paid £49.80 via PayPal. On 12.04.2026, the same day I logged in for the first time, my access to the account was blocked. The next day, despite the fact that I could not use the service at all, the payment was still charged from my account. After noticing this, I contacted Soouya Technology and then opened a case through the PayPal Resolution Centre. However, a few days later, PayPal closed the dispute in favour of the seller, even though the service link they sent me was unavailable and I was unable to use the software beyond the first day. I live in Evesham, United Kingdom, and I am requesting a full refund of £49.80 for this transaction, as I did not receive the service I paid for and my access was blocked almost immediately after purchase. I expect Soouya Technology to resolve this issue and return the charged amount.
