I ordered a Dakhoon Bahrain perfume from Trendyol to my address in Rawdat Al Hubass, in the northern border area of KSA. During the order, I clearly specified that the product should be delivered to my address. Despite this, I received a message from Aramex stating that my order was at a pickup point center and that I should go there to collect it. This is not what I requested, and it causes me serious inconvenience because I chose delivery to my address. This is my fifth order from Trendyol. Two of my previous orders, which were delivered by other courier companies, arrived at my address without any problem. However, in two different orders where Aramex was the courier, including this one, my parcels were not delivered to my address and were sent to a pickup point instead. I am surprised and disappointed that Aramex does not deliver to my address, even though I clearly requested home delivery. I would like for my order to be delivered directly to the address I provided, as originally agreed, and that the delivery service be corrected so that I do not have to collect the parcel from a pickup point.
