Trendyol Cargo Never Delivers

I placed an order on Trendyol, and the seller shipped it via PTT Cargo. As usual, even though we were at home, PTT Cargo did not attempt delivery and marked the package as "recipient not at address," then returned it. I even checked the security camera footage to confirm that no delivery attempt was made. This has happened to me multiple times before. Neither Trendyol nor PTT has been able to resolve the issue. Each time, I lose time and energy trying to track down my package or reorder. It’s nearly impossible to reach the customer service lines of either company. Since Trendyol acts as an intermediary, I am filing a complaint against both Trendyol and PTT Cargo.
