I Can’t Receive My Trendyol Order Because Sürat Kargo Refuses to Deliver to My District

I placed an order on Trendyol, but unfortunately, the seller shipped it using Sürat Kargo. My address is in the Çamlıyayla district of Mersin. While other shipping companies like PTT and Aras Kargo regularly deliver here, Sürat Kargo does not. Instead, they sent my package to Tarsus Çetvel, which is 70 km away from my address. Then they had the audacity to call and ask me to personally pick it up from there because they “don’t deliver to my area.”

This is completely unacceptable. How can a shipping company allow a parcel to reach a regional hub without even realizing the destination isn’t in their service network? I’ve had issues with Sürat Kargo in the past as well, and this seems to be a recurring problem.

If you don’t deliver to my district, don’t accept the shipment in the first place. Block the order or notify me beforehand so I can find an alternative solution. But expecting me to drive 70 km to collect my own parcel is unreasonable and absurd. I expect an immediate resolution and better coordination from both Trendyol and Sürat Kargo.
