Trendyol Express Returned My Package Without Notice Before I Could Update My Address

I’m writing to express my frustration with how my recent Trendyol order (delivery code: 9607661227) was handled. The package, which was supposed to be delivered via Trendyol Express, successfully traveled all the way from Batman to Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. However, when it reached the final stage of delivery, it was returned without even attempting to contact me.

At 13:38, I received a text asking me to update my delivery address due to a supposed issue with the pickup point. Unfortunately, I only saw the message at 15:00 — just an hour and a half later — and by then the product was already marked as returned! No one from Trendyol called or made any real attempt to resolve the situation before initiating the return.

This kind of careless and rushed return process shows a lack of basic customer consideration. I demand that Trendyol either re-ship my item immediately or offer a full refund. This is not how a professional delivery service should operate.
