I Received No Delivery or Notification for My Trendyol Termoliva Shampoo Order
I placed an order on Trendyol on July 16 for a shampoo sold by Termoliva, which was shipped via Aras Kargo. The next day passed, evening came, and I still had not received a call or any delivery notification. So, I proactively called the relevant Aras Kargo branch at 5:15 PM, only to be told that they had dropped my parcel at a place called “Rehber Kırtasiye” — a business I never authorized and which is 1.5 kilometers away from my home.
This is completely unacceptable. The package could have contained sensitive items — even medication or something valuable like a phone or jewelry. Still, the courier didn’t even attempt to contact me or deliver to my address.
When I went to pick it up, they initially refused to give me my package because I hadn’t received the SMS notification. I had to argue to claim a package I had already paid for. The delivery person insisted they couldn’t hand it over unless the SMS was shown — which I never received due to their own system failure.
The next day, I contacted the seller to explain the situation. While I eventually got my package, the entire experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I expect both Trendyol and Aras Kargo to review their delivery protocols and ensure no customer has to chase after their paid product like this again.
