Aras Kargo Marked My Trendyol Order as Delivered but Never Brought It to My Address

I ordered from Trendyol and my cargo number is 4467608529072, but the delivery hasn't arrived, despite the system indicating that it has been "delivered." On December 16, when the delivery was meant to happen, there was no one at home, as I live by myself. Aras Kargo stated they delivered the package to a “friend,” but I’m completely in the dark about who that might be. I reviewed the security camera footage, and there was no delivery attempt made near my apartment. It's evident that they misled me and now seem to think I'll just walk away from my hard-earned money. The service I received is simply not acceptable. I strongly encourage them to address this matter by either delivering my order or providing a complete refund.
