Apple Asks For Extra Monet For iPhone 14 Spare Part

I gave my iPhone 14 phone to Adana KVK because the glass was broken. On 05.06.2023 and they stated that they would process it immediately. They asked me to pay because they had the part and asked me to pay. I paid 6960 TL immediately. 1 week passed. They haven't made the product. Apple says they are waiting because they are going to raise the price. I gave you both the phone and the payment before the raise. Why am I being victimized? I absolutely do not agree to make an extra payment. I want my victimization to be eliminated. Why should I pay, we had already made the deal, I had already paid for whatever the part was. Why am I being kept waiting like this now?
