Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max Warranty Excuses and High Repair Costs

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and it recently developed speaker problems. I took it to the Mersin service center to have it repaired under warranty. After three days, I received a message saying that it was not covered by the warranty and that I should pay for a repair. They claimed the phone was damaged due to impact, but there was no impact. They requested 32,000 TL to proceed with the repair. When I went to pick up the phone, they informed me that there was dust inside the speaker, rendering it unrepairable. They insisted on replacing the phone if I paid the amount. Despite the fact that there was no user error, they labeled it as such and turned everything into a money matter.
