I Face Major Fabric Damage on My Oysho Modal Outfit After First Use


On January 22, 2026, I purchased the “Brown Soft-Touch Modal Long Pocket Jacket” and its matching set from the Oysho store on Trendyol. My order number is Ota202*****64070. I wore the outfit only once and followed all care and usage instructions carefully. Despite this, I encountered serious quality issues during the very first use.
After wearing the set, I noticed extensive pilling, loose fibers, and visible fabric deterioration in several areas. The back of the jacket, the sleeves, and the hip and seat areas of the pants all showed significant signs of wear and damage. It is extremely disappointing for a product to deteriorate so severely after only one use, especially when it was used properly and according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
The condition of the fabric after such minimal use has completely undermined my confidence in the quality of the materials and workmanship. I purchased this set expecting durability and premium quality, but the product failed to meet even basic expectations.
Because the return period has expired, I am unable to process a return through the system or access assistance through the live support channels. However, I firmly believe that the damage resulted from a product quality issue rather than user error. A garment should not develop this level of pilling and deformation after being worn only once.
For this reason, I respectfully request that the product be evaluated as a defective item and that my replacement request be approved. I would appreciate receiving a replacement product that does not suffer from the same quality issues and that meets the standards reasonably expected from the brand.
