Oysho and Zara Keep Canceling My Orders After Payment Approval

Approximately two months ago, I placed order number 60086952322 on Oysho using a friend’s credit card. That order was later canceled, and ever since that cancellation, every order I attempt to place through Oysho or Zara using my own account and my own credit card is automatically canceled shortly after the payment is approved.

What makes the situation even more confusing is that my friend has continued shopping without any issues using the same credit card and their own account. Since my friend can successfully complete purchases while I cannot place any orders using my own card and account, I believe the problem may be related specifically to my customer account or personal information within the system rather than the payment method itself.

I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue. During these conversations, I was told that the matter had been escalated and discussed with the team in Spain, which was why the investigation was taking a long time. I was also asked whether I had initiated any payment disputes or chargebacks with my bank. To clarify this, I contacted my bank on two separate occasions and confirmed that there were no chargebacks, payment rejections, or card-related restrictions on my account. Despite receiving payment approval from my bank, my orders continue to be automatically canceled by the system.

This issue has caused significant inconvenience because I have been unable to shop through either Oysho or Zara for an extended period of time. I am requesting a thorough review of my account and any associated restrictions that may have been applied after the canceled order. Most importantly, I would like the issue to be resolved so that I can once again place orders successfully through both Oysho and Zara without having them automatically canceled after payment approval.
