Oysho Tracksuit Developed Fabric Pilling After Only a Few Wears
Around late April or early May of last year, I purchased a matching sweatshirt and sweatpants set from the Oysho store at Maltepe Piazza Shopping Mall in Istanbul. I chose the set because I expected good quality from the brand and genuinely liked both its appearance and comfort.
Unfortunately, despite wearing the outfit no more than three times, noticeable pilling and fabric deformation developed in the areas where my bag came into contact with the material. The wear appeared much sooner than I would reasonably expect from a product of this type and price range. Because of these defects, I have been unable to enjoy or regularly use the tracksuit and it has remained in my closet for nearly a year. It is particularly disappointing to have continued paying for a product that became unsatisfactory after such limited use.
Until now, I have not contacted the store or Oysho customer service regarding this issue. However, I believe the level of fabric deterioration is excessive given how little the product was worn and how carefully it was used.
I would like the tracksuit to be inspected and evaluated for premature fabric wear and quality concerns. If the examination confirms that the deterioration is not consistent with normal use, I kindly request a customer-focused resolution such as a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate form of compensation. I hope Oysho will review the matter fairly and provide a solution that reflects its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
