Defective Apple iPhone 8 Plus, Endless Repairs, and Customer Disappointment

Hello, this will be my third visit to the iPhone service center, as the replacement device they provided turned out to have the same issues as my previous one. The device freezes, the buttons don't respond, and despite having sufficient storage, I'm experiencing these problems. Why is there an instant replacement in Europe but not in Turkey? Why are we being treated as victims? These situations don't befit a renowned company like iPhone. I demand that my grievances be addressed. I'm an iPhone 8 Plus user, and when my screen cracked, I went to Diyarbakır Service Center. They replaced the screen under warranty for 1250 TL. However, the device returned with a faulty speaker, which was repaired for free. But now, the earpiece is malfunctioning, and the other party can't hear me or understand my speech. Despite multiple visits to the service center, they claim no issue has been detected. We even recorded videos to prove the sound issue, but it was dismissed. Their response was that no problem could be found after technical analysis. If necessary, I will file complaints everywhere. My whole family uses iPhones, but I will withdraw them. It's a shame. I haven't been able to use my device since September, constantly dealing with service visits. I have suffered both financially and emotionally. If my grievances are not addressed, I will pursue legal action for both financial and emotional compensation against Apple. This decline in quality is unacceptable, and I strongly condemn it.
