I Face Premature Wear and Shine Marks on My Oysho Modal Pants

On April 6, 2026, I purchased the “Soft-Touch Striped Modal Pants” from the Oysho store on Trendyol. My order number is OTA2026000213108. Although I have worn the pants only four or five times, the fabric has already developed significant signs of deterioration.
The most noticeable issues are on the leg area, where the fabric has become visibly shiny, worn, and distorted in texture. Considering how little the product has been used, I do not believe this level of deformation is normal. A garment should not show such severe wear after only a handful of uses, especially when it is marketed as a premium-quality product.
I purchased this item from Oysho because of the brand’s reputation for quality and durability. For that reason, it was extremely disappointing to see the fabric deteriorate so quickly. I followed all care and usage instructions carefully, and there was no improper washing, excessive use, or misuse that could reasonably explain the condition of the product. In my opinion, the issue is more likely related to the fabric quality or a manufacturing defect.
To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, my preferred solution is a replacement with a new product of the same model. If a replacement is not possible, I would also be willing to accept a customer-focused resolution such as a refund. I respectfully request that the product be inspected and evaluated, and that Oysho provide a response as soon as possible that reflects the quality standards and customer service expectations associated with the brand.
