My 10-year-old went ahead and made some in-app purchases on the Apple Store without getting permission from us parents. Apple Store approved the transactions without parental permission, despite the discrepancy between the iCloud account owner and the payer's name. In just 5 days, the Apple Store handled a total of 14 transactions. Out of these, 3 were charged directly to my credit card, while the remaining 11 were added to my GSM bill. After submitting a complaint via iCloud, the response received was unfortunately unsatisfactory. Given the nature of these transactions, which were carried out without proper parental supervision, it appears that they were obtained unfairly. Therefore, I insist on the full cancellation and refund of all charges.
