Google Play Charged Us $83 for Child’s Accidental MLBB Purchases

I recently discovered that my 12-year-old daughter made multiple diamond purchases in Mobile Legends through Google Play without my knowledge. These transactions were carried out completely without any parental permission or awareness. Despite repeatedly notifying Vodafone customer service, we were told that the transactions had been reset and that no further charges would be made. However, we were still billed $83 USD for these purchases. The bill shows several transactions on different dates (such as November 10, 11, and 14).
We cannot see any order numbers related to these purchases in our Google Play account, and we have been unable to reach Mobile Legends or Google Play customer support. I request that these transactions be canceled, the charges refunded, and parental controls activated on our account. I also ask that the phone number used for the purchases be kept confidential and shared only with authorized personnel. We expect the necessary measures to be taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.
