Unauthorized Charge by Postegro – Refund Request for Minor’s Purchase
Postegro charged my account without my consent, as my 15-year-old sibling accessed my account and made a purchase. This was not an authorized transaction, and I am requesting an immediate refund.
Since this purchase was made by a minor, I expect Postegro to process the refund promptly. If my request is ignored, I will be escalating this issue to consumer protection authorities and filing an official complaint.
