Google Play Denied Full Refund for Unauthorized Brawl Stars Purchases by Child

My child accidentally made 18 in-game purchases on Brawl Stars through Google Play, totaling ₺2500. As soon as I noticed, I immediately submitted a refund request. However, only 3 transactions were refunded, and I only received ₺360 back. The remaining amount is still being charged, despite my efforts to explain that these purchases were made by a child.

I clearly stated that the purchases were unauthorized, yet Google Play refuses to process the rest of the refund. I do not understand why they are not fully resolving this issue. I demand a full refund for the remaining amount and a proper resolution to prevent such incidents from happening to others.
