In December 2021, I purchased a Lenovo T1 Cleaner Robot Vacuum from Amazon Turkey, trusting both the brand and the seller (Amazon itself). I was confident that the product would be backed by official warranty support. Unfortunately, before the warranty period even expired, the device developed a fault. That’s when I found out the hard way: Lenovo Turkey does not provide service for this model, nor is there any authorized service network for it.
It appears that Amazon will likely offer to refund only the original invoice amount, but with current prices, it’s impossible to purchase a similar replacement for that amount. I feel misled and completely unsupported after making what I thought was a safe purchase through a trusted platform.
