I Bought the Lenovo T1 Robot Vacuum from Amazon—Fake Warranty and No Real Support

1

I ordered a Lenovo T1 robot vacuum cleaner from Amazon, expecting to receive a quality product with valid warranty support. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The product broke down within the warranty period, and when I contacted the technical service, I was shocked to learn that the importer’s warranty certificate was fake. I tried to find someone responsible to cover the warranty, but no authorized contact or support existed.

When I reached out to Amazon Turkey, they told me they couldn’t offer repair or replacement and that the only solution was to refund ₺3,200—the price I paid two years ago. However, the current market value of this same product is ₺12,000, which makes this refund offer completely unacceptable. It’s appalling that Amazon works with unreliable third-party sellers, offering imported products with fake warranties and then only compensating a small fraction of the product's current value when issues arise. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a clear failure in consumer protection.
