Amazon's Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Nightmare, Inept Customer Service

I purchased a Xiaomi robot vacuum from Amazon as the seller on amazon.com.tr. Unfortunately, the product was found to be defective. When I contacted the authorized service, they refused to open a repair request due to the missing serial number on the invoice. I contacted Amazon, hoping they would change the invoice, but they declined. They offered me a refund, which I turned down. Instead, I requested a replacement. After months of waiting for the item to be restocked, we finally got it, only to discover that it had sold out again before the customer representative could process the exchange. The process was repeated as we pursued the stock once more. We eventually obtained the product, and the exchange procedure began. Despite my repeated requests via live chat and other channels, they did not include the serial number on the invoice. Dealing with such an inept and unresponsive customer service team is aggravating. They appear to be unconcerned about the customers' experience. It's been a never-ending battle, and I'm exhausted. Don't buy robot vacuums from Amazon; it's simply not worth it.

There has been no progress... My advice is not to purchase products from amazon.com.tr that do not have the product serial number written on the invoice.
