I Can’t Find Battery Service or Warranty Support for My Lenovo T1 Robot Vacuum

I bought a Lenovo T1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner sold directly by Amazon, and I was told it came with full warranty coverage and service support. However, when the battery completely died just 18 months later, I discovered the reality: there is no service center, no battery replacement option, and no real warranty support available—despite what was advertised.

I’ve tried reaching out to both Lenovo and Amazon multiple times, but neither offers a clear solution. Lenovo pushes me to contact Amazon, while Amazon doesn’t provide any helpful or responsive support. I’m left with an expensive device that can’t be used just because of a dead battery, and no one to help fix it.
