I Can’t Reach Amazon About My Broken Lenovo Robot Vacuum Under Warranty

I bought a Lenovo robot vacuum from Amazon.com, and after a while, it stopped working completely—it won’t even power on. The product is still under warranty, but for the past two months, I haven’t been able to use it at all.
The most frustrating part is that I can’t reach Amazon in any way. They don’t have a working customer service number, and their support options are practically nonexistent. I even contacted Lenovo directly, but they told me to resolve the issue with the seller—which is Amazon. But Amazon is completely unreachable.
I’m stuck with a malfunctioning device and no support. This kind of customer experience is unacceptable from a company as big as Amazon. If you're selling electronics, you should be accountable for warranty claims and service coordination.
