Amazon Sold Me Products With Distributor Instead Of Official Warranty

On May 4, 2022, I bought the product "Xiaomi Mi Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner - Mop 2 Pro, Black, 2022 Model (Xiaomi Turkey Guaranteed)" from amazon.com.tr. My mother has used it without any problems since that day. In October 2023, the front motor of the Robot Vacuum Cleaner malfunctioned and when I inquired about the product from Xiaomi Turkey Services, we learned that the product was not guaranteed by Xiaomi Turkey, but was under the importer's warranty. Before I could understand how Amazon could do such a thing, I contacted amazon.com.tr. Here I was exposed to the strange statements of amazon.com.tr. I say I was deceived; The product you sell as Xiaomi Turkey has a warranty. It has an importer's warranty. A customer representative says, "There is no Xiaomi Service in Turkey anyway." Then I tried again, send it to us, I sent it and the product has not been available for 3 weeks. I say, give me a Xiaomi Turkey-guaranteed product with the same malfunction, I will even have it repaired. I fell this far. There is still no solution. The result is that I have received no product, even if it was defective, for 3 weeks, there is no solution, and Amazon.com.tr gave me an Importer Guaranteed Product instead of a Xiaomi Turkey guaranteed product. What a pity. If even Amazon.com.tr was like this. After the product comes to me, I will quit my job and deal with this job and get my rights.
