My mother has used it without any problems since that day. In October 2023, the front motor of the Robot Vacuum Cleaner malfunctioned and when I inquired about the product from Xiaomi Turkey Services, we learned that the product was not guaranteed by Xiaomi Turkey, but was under the importer's warranty. Before I could understand how Amazon could do such a thing, I contacted amazon.com.tr. Here I was exposed to the strange statements of amazon.com.tr. I say I was deceived; The product you sell as Xiaomi Turkey has a warranty. It has an importer's warranty. A customer representative says, "There is no Xiaomi Service in Turkey anyway." Then I tried again, send it to us, I sent it and the product has not been available for 3 weeks. I say, give me a Xiaomi Turkey-guaranteed product with the same malfunction, I will even have it repaired. I fell this far. There is still no solution. The result is that I have received no product, even if it was defective, for 3 weeks, there is no solution, and Amazon.com.tr gave me an Importer Guaranteed Product instead of a Xiaomi Turkey guaranteed product.
