How Can A Technologist Use Airfry Incorrectly, Amazon?
Hello, I'm Barış, and I'd like to share my frustrating experience with a product I purchased on Amazon.tr. I bought an air fryer, but it broke down shortly after I received it. I followed the proper procedure by returning the defective product to their warehouse for an exchange or refund. However, instead of honoring their commitment, they accused me of misuse, even though I am well-versed in technology. When I requested a report documenting the malfunction, they refused to provide one, despite it being my legal right. Furthermore, they failed to return my product to me, despite taking no action for about 1.5 months. Even though the legal service period had expired, they neither sent a replacement nor issued a refund. Their actions are a clear violation of the law, and I am left with no choice but to take legal action. It's truly disheartening to see such a large company working with such unprofessional practices. My experience with Amazon.tr has been nothing short of regrettable.
