Dissatisfied with Amazon Turkey's Misleading Orders and Slow Refunds

I frequently buy from Amazon Turkey, but I've recently received intentionally incorrect items with my orders. I ordered a syrup cooler, but it arrived as the incorrect item. I filed a complaint but decided to accept the device anyway, reasoning that it was a one-time blunder. However, in subsequent orders, I ordered a 6.4-liter Cosori Airfryer, but a 5.5-liter model was delivered on September 6, 2023. I immediately submitted a request for the incorrect item. They assured me that a replacement would be sent as soon as possible, but despite my requests for 20 days, the item was not shipped. Frustrated, I demanded a refund, but they continued to delay, saying "Please wait two more days" for the past ten days. It's been 26 days, and no refund or exchange has been processed. I am extremely dissatisfied with Amazon's handling of this situation, and I am unsure how to express my growing displeasure with your company. Working with Amazon Turkey has proven to be difficult. Please process my returns as soon as possible. I recorded all of our conversations and intend to file a formal complaint with the authorities. These people are not only deceptive but also unethical in their behavior. Be wary of their ruses!
