Amazon Turkey Refuses Warranty Exchange

My SteelSeries Aerox 5 wireless mouse, which I bought from amazon.com.tr on 08.07.2022, broke down around July 2. I sent it to the company that undertook the warranty on 04.07.2024 and it arrived 1 day later. I received my product dated today, 10.07.2024. The defect in the product was accepted and since they did not have the same or equivalent product, they sent it with an exchange or return letter (there is the sent document attached). Of course, I contacted amazon.com.tr, where I bought the product. I sent the change letter sent by the service to the e-mail address they requested, and the response I received was shocking. Customer service said that since 2 years have passed since the purchase of the product, they cannot make any exchange or refund. I said, I sent the product on July 4, the decision to exchange or return was made within the scope of warranty, how can you not accept this? They cut it short because we couldn't make a change. I have been buying products from Amazon for years, not only from Amazon TR, but also globally, I realized that there is no such thing as customer satisfaction at amazon.com.tr. They didn't even help me when I was right. I will file my lawsuits to the full extent of my legal right.
