Amazon Sent Me a Used Replacement Product Instead of a Brand New One

The product I bought from Amazon.com.tr with a brand new warranty was defective in the box. When I sent it to the warranty, they said that the product was already a replacement product. Even a company like Amazon sells products that have been serviced as brand new. This is a serious breach of customer trust, especially when you're paying full price expecting a new item. It’s clear that there is either a lack of proper inspection or intentional repackaging of returned items. When I called, they said they couldn't do anything because it had been 30 days. I explained that the issue was not with usage but with how the product was originally sent, yet no help was offered. And the representative named "U***" hung up on me in a very disrespectful manner.
