Giant Amazon's Helplessness Against The Cargo Courier

I had an unpleasant experience with the courier from MNG Kargo's Turgutlu branch who delivered my Amazon purchase. Instead of following the instructions on my package, the courier was rude and left it at a different address. After numerous complaints and phone calls to Amazon, I'm astounded that such a large corporation could appear powerless and helpless in the face of a single courier. It's disheartening to see Amazon struggling to resolve a problem caused by a rude delivery person. As a customer, I expected higher standards of service and accountability. This incident has severely harmed my faith in Amazon's ability to ensure proper delivery and customer satisfaction. I'm hoping that my experience will prompt them to address these concerns and improve their service delivery.
We have read many stories about customer satisfaction from Amazon, we have read about their solution methods; we always advised our newly hired colleagues to provide products and services to our customers according to Amazon's customer satisfaction criteria. But Amazon never took the situation seriously in the problem I experienced, they didn't call, they didn't offer a solution. So, what does this mean?
