Shipping And Refund Issues I Experienced With My Amazon Purchase


On August 30th, I ordered 11 goods from Amazon, and they were delivered by two different courier firms. The MNG Cargo crew advised me that the item had been damaged and that I would be unable to receive it. I then reported the incident to Amazon customer service. The customer service representative advised me to call back in two days and ended the call. Two days later, I phoned customer support again, this time asking the cancelation of the damaged items and the delivery of the supplies supplied by the other courier. However, as of September 6th, no packages had been delivered to me. MNG Cargo claims I was not present at the delivery address, however the other courier returned the things to Amazon. In my third conversation with Amazon customer service, I was still unable to obtain a resolution and was advised to wait a few more days. To summarize, when you have a problem with Amazon, finding a remedy is challenging. I have not gotten any products, nor have I received a refund.
