Amazon's Frustrating Shipping: MNG Cargo Delays and Ignored Requests
As an Amazon Prime customer, I've always appreciated the convenience and speed of their services. However, my experience with their shipping partner, MNG Cargo, has been far from satisfactory. Multiple times, I've placed orders with Amazon, only to face delays and delivery failures caused by MNG. Frustrated by the recurring problem, I've taken the initiative to contact Amazon's customer support and open several requests for assistance. Unfortunately, their response has been disheartening. Despite my efforts to seek a resolution, Amazon seems unresponsive and unwilling to address the ongoing issue. Being a Prime member, I expect top-notch service and efficient deliveries. However, the continued reliance on MNG Cargo, despite its evident shortcomings, has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that Amazon takes my concerns seriously and promptly resolves this matter.
