I recently placed an order on Amazon, but my package has yet to arrive. Despite providing me with a tracking number, Amazon Turkey did not ship the product from their warehouse. MNG claimed they had no record of such a shipment when I contacted them. After days of frustration, it dawned on me that someone from abroad had called, pretending to help but only providing vague responses and speaking like a child. They've apparently been giving me false information for a week and a half, keeping me waiting for my package to be shipped. Having such problems with a company like Amazon is truly disappointing, and I demand a quick resolution to this issue. The very least they can do is live up to their reputation by providing the level of service that their customers expect.
