I'm really happy with my experiences on Amazon—no problems at all. But even though I'm a Prime member, I've never gotten next-day delivery from Amazon's courier, AGT_TR. I've dealt with this problem with this company 7 times now. It's really frustrating and annoying, especially since I paid for Prime to get faster deliveries. Every time I expect fast delivery, AGT_TR always disappoints by not delivering on time, which makes me frustrated over and over again. I really hope Amazon thinks again about working with this courier service, or at least makes sure they get better at delivering. It's really disappointing when you pay extra for faster service and don't get what you were told you would.
