Amazon Delivery Promise Missed: Product Not Received as Promised
I ordered a product on Amazon for Valentine's Day on February 12, 2024. The product was delivered to AGT Courier Company on February 13, and it was stated that it would be delivered by February 13 at 22:00 at the latest. Trusting Amazon's assurance, I started waiting for my product. It was visited on February 13, before the cargo arrived, and it was said that it would be visited again at another time. When I contacted Amazon customer services on February 14, they said that they could not make it due to the busy schedule and that the AGT courier company would deliver the product during the day. I was reminded 3 times during the day. They said they were delivering until 18:30 and they would definitely deliver it. Even though I stated that it was a Valentine's Day gift and that I definitely needed this product, the product was not delivered on February 14. We were left in a difficult situation because of the AGT company they worked with in this purchase, for which we relied on Amazon assurance. As of 09:46 on February 15, 2024, my cargo has still not arrived, and I am tired of continuing to hear the same answer we receive every time we contact us: "Your product will be delivered within the day." I think Amazon should definitely not work with such a transportation company. I request that my grievance in question be remedied as soon as possible by those responsible.
