Defective Xindele Blender Sold on Amazon

I bought the Xindele Smiling Machine, Krc Ev 2L Big Capacity 2200W High Power 28000 rpm 9-Speed Smoothie Maker with Juicer, Ice Crusher, and Blender from the seller named Rain Biao on Amazon.com. Unfortunately, the product was damaged and didn't work when it came from overseas. When I contacted the seller, they said that returning the item would be too expensive, so they would only refund 50% of the price. I turned down this unacceptable offer and asked for a full refund. I tried to get help from both the seller and Amazon, but to my dismay, no one seems willing to help. If they don't solve this problem quickly, I'm ready to take legal action. I'm asking you all for help and support to figure out how to solve this problem.
