After Exchange Request, Amazon Sends Neither Product Nor Money!
Approximately two months ago, I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Amazon. The item arrived damaged, and I returned it to Amazon for an exchange. However, Amazon rejected the request. I decided to fix the damaged part myself and use the vacuum cleaner. It has been over 40 days since I requested the product back, but Amazon has neither sent the product nor refunded me. Every time I contact customer support, they provide vague responses and avoid addressing the issue directly. In the end, I'm left with nothing – neither the product nor my money. As an international customer, I can confidently state that Amazon's behavior in Turkey differs from its practices in Germany and the USA. This marks my third frustrating experience in Turkey.
