I recently purchased a product from Amazon, only to discover through a message from my bank that they had charged me much more than the listed price. Disturbed by this, I promptly returned the item. Amazon assured me that the refund of over 700 TL would be credited to my account within 24 hours. However, as of now, the money has not been returned. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with pages of irrelevant and meaningless text, with no direct response to my concern. The bottom line is that my 700+ TL refund is still nowhere to be seen! I urgently request Amazon to promptly process my refund and notify me via message once the money is credited to my account. This situation is highly frustrating, and I hope they take immediate action to resolve it.
