Amazon Has Not Refunded My Money For A Month

Amazon has not refunded my money for a month. I have called them several times, and each time they assure me that they will do it. They have been keeping me waiting by saying it will happen today, it will happen tomorrow. I'm talking about a product worth 90,000 ₺ here. My credit card installment has arrived, and still, my refund hasn't come back. It's been a month now, and the authorities seem indifferent to this matter. They say one of the top officials manages the high fees, and that person manages operations from abroad. Weekends have come in between, this has come in between, that has come in between. When buying from Amazon now, I have to think three times about when my money will come back.
