Amazon Delayed My Refund After Returning My Order

I purchased a product from Amazon in October 2024 and returned it before it even reached me. However, my refund has still not been processed. Every time I call, they keep stalling me, saying I am under "Amazon’s guarantee," yet my money has not been refunded. I have provided all the necessary details, including my order number and return confirmation, but nothing has changed. Despite their promises, customer service keeps giving vague answers and does not offer a real solution. It is unacceptable for such a well-known company to handle refunds this poorly. Shame on you! You are not a big company, but a fraudulent one. I want my ₺970 refund. I do not forgive you!
