I bought an iPhone 12 mini from Amazon as a surprise for my spouse, whose phone had broken. I had to take a cash advance on my credit card to buy it, and the interest is still accruing daily for a product I still don't have. Unfortunately, despite the fact that the specified delivery date has passed, the order has not arrived, and the same phone is now out of stock. After numerous conversations with customer service representatives, Ms. Güneş informed me on July 24, 2023, at 11:45 a.m. that the difference between the price I paid (24,899 TL) and the current price (32,899 TL) had been credited as an "exception." She also mentioned that if I wanted, I could switch phones for the price difference. When I called Amazon today, they denied any such procedure and said Ms. Güneş had given incorrect information. This has caused both financial and emotional distress, and I am deeply disappointed that Amazon, a reputable company, would shift the blame to me, the customer. I demand that Amazon send me a recording of my conversation with Ms. Güneş, which occurred on the specified date and time so that I can exercise my rights properly. If they do not comply, I will be forced to take legal action, which I hope to avoid.
