Brand-new iPhone 13 Pro Max from Amazon Turned Out To Be Refurbished

I bought a brand-new iPhone 13 Pro Max from Amazon.com not too long ago. But to my surprise, after only 10 months of using the phone, I found out that it was actually a used phone that had been fixed up and sold to me as new. In addition, this happened 14 months into the warranty. Officials from Apple Turkey were able to confirm that this was a lie. The warranty on the phone ended on October 1, 2024, even though I bought it on July 10, 2023. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was between the manufacturer and Amazon and not something they could do anything about. But Amazon makes it clear that they stand behind all of the products they sell, even those from Apple. When I asked for a replacement for this broken product, which I couldn't have foreseen or thought of, I was told that they were out of stock. They told me to send the phone back, but I was planning to buy a top-of-the-line model, so I would lose about 19,000 TL. It's too bad that they don't have any stock or a way to exchange it. They should carefully check the products they sell to make sure these problems are taken care of. If this problem isn't fixed in the next five days, I'll go to court by filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights court. I want Amazon to know that selling broken products is against the law and hurts the rights of customers. I also want them to know that I will use every legal option I have, including asking for compensation for any time, material, or emotional harm done. I bought the phone as a gift for my wife's birthday, and it is very upsetting that I had to go through this bad situation. I hope Amazon realizes how bad the situation is and takes action right away to fix it.
