I ordered a new iPhone 13 (128 GB) through Amazon on November 11, 2024, using the trade-in promotion offered by Apple Troy. My old iPhone 7 (32 GB) was sent to EasyCep, the intermediary for this promotion. According to the terms, I was to receive ₺4697 in total: ₺1697 upfront and the remaining ₺3000 within 30 days. However, after waiting 40 days, I contacted EasyCep, only to be told that I was not eligible for the additional ₺3000 support because my purchase was made through the Apple Troy store on Amazon.
Before ordering, I twice confirmed with Amazon’s customer service that the trade-in promotion applied to purchases from Apple Troy. Recordings of both calls (at 12:53 and 16:45 on November 11, 2024) clearly show their representatives assured me I would face no issues. Despite providing these recordings as evidence, the promised ₺3000 has not been paid.
I request Amazon and Apple Troy to resolve this issue immediately and ensure the campaign amount of ₺3000 is transferred to my account. My frustration grows as I provided clear proof of their assurances. I demand fair treatment and fulfillment of the promotion terms.
