Amazon Did Not Pay the Campaign Fee for My iPhone 16 Plus Trade In

On November 13, 2024, I purchased an Apple iPhone 16 Plus (128 GB) phone from Amazon, an Amazon seller (especially trusting the brand). Amazon had made a campaign, ₺8,510 would be sent to the person who gave the old phone. This shipment would be made by its partner Easycep. We received the phone, Easycep initially sent ₺3,510, but did not send the campaign additional support fee of ₺5,000, which it stated would be paid in 30 days, even though 6 months had passed. I did not find this situation appropriate for a brand like Amazon and the growing Easycep brand. It is a great disrespect to the brand value. Since Amazon sells directly, that is, Amazon gives the trust, my brother cannot say that this is related to Easycep. If there is a problem between them, it is not appropriate for Amazon to reflect this to the consumer.
