Amazon Tr Has Not Delivered The Product For 2 Months


I purchased an iPhone 14 on May 15th, and without even opening the box, I initiated a return request on June 1st. The product was picked up by the courier on June 2nd and delivered to Amazon's warehouse. However, it's been almost 2 months now, and I still haven't received my refund. After repeatedly contacting Amazon.com.tr, they keep giving me the runaround with excuses like "wait for 72 hours" and "depot issues." Every time I call, a different customer service representative offers a new excuse, from missing address information to delayed processing due to holidays and busy periods. I feel like they're just feeding me a bunch of excuses to avoid giving me my refund. The situation is beyond frustrating, and I've spent hours on the phone with them, explaining the same issue over and over. The current price of the phone has increased significantly since I made the purchase, and Amazon.com.tr still hasn't refunded my payment of 31,498.99 TL. I'm losing patience with their unhelpful responses and lengthy delays.
